This is a collection of articles, notes, etc by Marsha Forest and others who participated, reported on, evaluated the Summer-Get-Togethers – a series of Projects created by Marsha Forest and colleagues at York University, St. Michael’s school and beyond. Since a ‘fully integrated (pre inclusion) experience was considered to be impossible, this was a breakthrough experience for hundreds of children, families and their teams of supporters. Many of the families that participated were and became major players in the battles to create inclusion in schools and beyond. They struggled for decades and supported each other throughout.
