Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your book(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Books must be returned in their original condition, with no marks, creases, or damage to the spine or cover.

Return Process

To return a book, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at orders@inclusion.com to obtain authorization.
  2. Pack the book(s) securely.
  3. Ship the book(s) to the address provided by our customer service team within 30 days of authorization to receive your refund.

Refunds

We will process your return as soon as possible once the item(s) have been received. We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the book(s) plus any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital books
  • Custom or personalized books
  • Used books

Wholesale Buyers

Return Policy for Wholesale Book Buyers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wholesale book purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request to return your order within 6 months of the purchase order date. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Only unopened, unused, and undamaged books are eligible for return.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. Please contact us at orders@inclusion.com to request authorization.
  • Wholesale orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price.
  • Returns will be refunded at a maximum of 40% of the quantity ordered.
  • Items must be shipped to the following address: 47 Indian Trail, Toronto, ON M6R 1Z8 within 30 days of authorization.
  • Items sent to an address other than the above will be subject to a 5% restocking fee increase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital books
  • Custom or personalized books

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. We may require proof of the damage, such as a photograph, before processing the return.

To request permission for a return or report a damaged or defective book, please contact our customer service team at orders@inclusion.com. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and provide instructions for returning your order.
