Patti has led Neighbours in developing Self-Directed options in Supported Living, Support Brokerage, Fiscal Intermediary Services, Support Coordination, andan Agency With Choice. She has consulted, and guided learning experiences, throughout the United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Croatia, Malta, Australia, and New Zealand.

Patti is proud aunt to her 4 nieces and nephew, loves having her granddaughter Lily in her life, and shares her life with her husband (and collaborator) Dave Hasbury.
